The courtyard and silhouetted of Sant‘Ivo alla Sapienza dome and lantern by Borromini against a fragment of Sant’Ignazio vaults by Andrea Pozzo. Two angels detach themselves from that virtual sky, floating in the center of scene and passing through a net of thin red threads; this network of wires underlines the geometric scheme that Borromini gave to the planimetry of Sant’Ivo church and which extends to the edge of the image.
A giant and surreal postcard of Rome designed to bring its mood wherever in the world in any kind of environment.
